I currently process card payments through another company, can bettrpay offer me better rates?

We’ll meet or beat your current pricing. If we can’t, we’ll pay you a R400 for letting us review your current pricing.*
Just provide us with a copy of your two most current processing statements and we will prepare an analysis complete with bettrpay’s new rates and your estimated savings.
*Our “meet or beat” offer will be based on an analysis of your two most recent monthly processing statements. Whether we can “meet or beat” your current pricing will be based on a comparison of your current overall monthly costs (a combination of rates, fees, and monthly charges) with bettrpay proposed rates, fees, and monthly charges. Each of the merchant’s two most recent processing statements must show a minimum monthly processing volume of R50,000 in Visa, MasterCard and International credit card transactions. Our R400 Assurance is payable only if bettrpay analysis shows that we cannot at least match your current rate structure and processing profile. Actual costs for months in which the merchant processes with bettrpay may vary from month to month depending on processing volume and profile. Savings from your current rates are not guaranteed.
How can I access free equipment?
Free equipment can be accessed through a term contract with bettrpay Merchant services, as well as the opening of a new business bank account with our partner Bidvest Bank.
Will my terminal be programmed and tested before I receive it?
Yes, prior to shipping your devices will be set up and tested, We also offer installation and training services should you require it.
How will I receive my monthly statement?
We decided to go Green, and You will be able to view, or download statements at any time via our Remote Access Tool (RAM Tool).
How do I apply for a Merchant account?
bettrpay requires basic business and ownership information to prepare an application form, the process is quick and easy and is completed online.
